Chinotto ( key notto ) is non-alcoholic drink, produced from the juice of a citrus-type fruit (called "Chinotto" in Italian) along with other herb extracts & aromatics.  Its dark color looks like that of many cola drinks.  Chinotto's taste is dry, bitter & sweet all at the same time.  Italians drink & love Chinotto before meals since it is said to make food taste better.  Imported from Italy in 24-6.75 oz. glass bottles.
