Pagliacci Grated Parmesan Cheese is made from cow's milk.  It has a hard-golden rind with a hard straw color. It is produced primarily in Parma, Italy in the Northern section of Italy.  This cheese is excellent for grating & has a wonderful flavor when put on pasta, tomatoes, salads, soups, etc.  A must for any Italian meal. 8 oz.
