This Artichoke Appetizer ( Caponata di Carciofi ) is a mixture of artichoke, celery, onions, tomatoes with olives & capers to make a very tasty Italian bruschetta component.  Put this on an Alessi whole wheat biscotte or Italian or French bread for a tasty snack.  Imported. 10.5 oz.  

This does not taste like what you might think eggplant tastes like!  This "hand-crafted & hand-packed" salad has a wonderful taste & will enhance any sandwich, salad, antipasto, pasta dish, whatever you put it on.  A close personal friend of ours who has been eating our eggplant salad for 20 years "eats it right out of the jar."  Our product is made from eggplant, celery, red bell peppers, pitted green olives, soybean oil, vinegar, spices, in our facilities in Chicago. 16 oz.
